It is Essential to carefully read through the Term & Conditions content before ordering the product from Wiczy. Customer should understand that by ordering any of Wiczy’s Products, you are bound and agreed on these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these Term & Conditions of use, you are advisable to not use this website. Wiczy reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Term & Conditions of use at any time.
1.1 Welcome to www.wiczy.com website. Wiczy correspondingly referred to Wiczy Enterprise and is a company incorporated in Malaysia. Wiczy is located at Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia.
1.2 In these T & C;
A) Account – means the account that you will create at Wiczy for submitting an order at our website.
B) Customer - means the person who accept charges of Wiczy for the supply of goods.
C) Order – means the order submitted by you to purchase goods from us.
D) Shipment – means the product will deliver to your specific address given.
E) Business Hour – means the operating hour applied by Wiczy.
2.1 To place and order with Wiczy, customer must be over 18 years of age to make any purchases.
2.2 If you does not met the age requirement, you must have parental permission to make any purchase on Wiczy.
3.1 Delivery of the goods and product shall be made to the address specifically stated by customer in its order.
3.2 We ship within Malaysia only. Shipping cost is determined by weighting method.
3.3 We aim to deliver the product within the time indicated by us at the time of your order.
3.4 We cannot guarantee the exact date and time when you submit the order or the confirmation order to us. The date and time will change time to time if we encountered minor problems.
3.5 We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 5 business days of the purchase date. Most orders should arrive within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch depending on the destination.
3.6 When you choose to sign for your item you will generally need to be available between 7.00am and 5:00pm to receive the delivery.
3.7 Once we learn an order has not arrived within a reasonable period we will lodge an enquiry with the courier and advise you of any issues that are discovered.
3.8 We deliver in our standard packaging. Any special packaging requested by you is subject to additional charges.

3.10 We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery or non-delivery and late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order.

4. Order and Pricing
4.1 You must register with our website to be able to make purchases from our online store. Once you submit an order, you cannot cancel it. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, at our discretion.
4.2 Order acceptance and completion of the contract between the Buyer and Wiczy will only be completed upon Wiczy issuing a confirmation of dispatch of the product to the Buyer.
4.3 For the avoidance of uncertainty, Wiczy shall be entitled to refuse or cancel any order without giving any reasons for the same to the Buyer prior to issue of the confirmation of dispatch.
4.4 All prices are in Malaysia Ringgit.
4.5 We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our customer, however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website.
5.1 We may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.
5.2 We usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product.
5.3 In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or bank account charged.
6. Cancelation by Customer
6.1 If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service Team via email. No cancellation fees apply.
7. Voucher / Coupon Code
7.1 You may use promotional vouchers and gift vouchers as payment for products on Wiczy.
7.2 There are few types of voucher, I consist of promotional voucher, discount voucher, gift voucher, and seasonal voucher.
7.3 Customer may receive the voucher promotion code by email.
7.4 From time to time we may release promotional vouchers that may be used on the Site, which we will send to you by email. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed on the Site.
7.5 Promotional vouchers are valid for the specified period stated on them only, can only be redeemed once and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional vouchers.
7.6 The use of voucher is based on the promotional item, specific item or all of the item.
7.7 The credit of a promotional voucher does not accrue interest nor does it have a cash value.
7.8 If the total credit of a voucher is insufficient for the order that you wish to make, you may make up the difference through payment.
8. Return and Refund
8.1 Item such as underwear, bikini, swimming trunks, any other garment, and earing are not eligible to get a refund unless they have not been worn, altered or wash.
8.2 All item must return to their original form for refund, for example; shirt tags, labels/tickets or shoe returned in their original packaging including undamaged shoe box.
8.3 We won’t accept return for customer without the shoe box or scratch and/or dirty shoe.
8.4 We only accept returned item by courier, we do not honour any walk-in.
8.5 The items must returned within 30 days of the purchase date and the original sales receipt is present.
9. GUARANTEE AND COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT
9.1 We place great value on our customer satisfaction. You may contact us at any time using the contact details.
9.2 We will attempt to address your issue as soon as possible and will contact you on receipt of any relevant enquiry or complaint.
9.3 In the incident of a complaint it will assistance us if you can describe the object of your complaint as accurately as possible and, where related, send us copies of the order or at least the order number that we assign you in the Acknowledgement or Confirmation of Order.
9.4 If you not have received any reaction from us within five Business Days, please make further enquiries.
9.5 In rare cases your emails might be caught up in our spam filters or did not reach us, or correspondence that we send to you may otherwise have not reached to you.
11. ADVERTISING ON THE SITE
We shall use our reasonable endeavours to comply with any relevant regulations relating to the Site published by the Advertising Standards Authority.
12.1 Any notice under a Contract will be in writing and may be served by personal delivery or by email addressed to the relevant party at the address or email address of the relevant party last known to the other.
12.2 Any notice given by post shall be deemed to have been served two Business Days.
12.3 Any notice posted by email shall be deemed to have been served when the email has been proved to be received by the recipient’s server.
13.1 We keep our Term & Conditions for a min 2 years until we need to do some changes.
13.2 For your future reference, we advise you to print and keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions, your Order, the Acknowledgement and the Confirmation of Order.
13.3 No agreement by Wiczy of any breach of the Contract by the Buyer shall be considered as agreement of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions or a Contract shall create or be considered to create a partnership, a relationship or an agency of employer and employee between you and Wiczy.
13.5 No person who is not a member to these Terms and Conditions or a Contract shall acquire any rights under it or be entitled to benefit from any of its terms even if that person has relied on any such term.
13.6 Wiczy reserves their right to these terms and conditions of sale at any time.
